With over 12 years of experience as an agent in the real estate industry, Nick transitioned to serve as the Director of Operations for the Mission Realty Advisors team at Compass, where he now helps to oversee execution of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the team. With his background and expertise as an agent, he thoroughly understands the ins and outs of real estate transactions which is invaluable to his role. Known for his creative problem solving and strong organizational and operational acumen, Nick is great at thinking outside the box and keeping things organized, so we can continue to deliver top-notch service and support to our team and clients.

In his spare time, Nick is also a musician, making music for the last 25 years, touring the world as guitarist for New York City based ska band Pilfers, Boston's Lost City Angels, songwriter and side musician for numerous other artists and bands. When Nick is not doing real estate or music, you can find him surfing in the cold waters off of New England and spending time with his wife and daughter.
